Is there a commission charge?
Our booking engine is commission free. After the initial setup, the only other charge is the monthly charge.
What are the payment options?
You can choose to pay either monthly or yearly. Paying yearly entitles you to a discount.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We need a notice period of three months for cancellation.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have a yearly payment option wherein you are entitled to a discount.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you have paid in advance we will adjust the payment on a pro rata bases.
Do I get help with setting up?
Yes, we will setup your entire property before launch. If you need help after that, you can get in touch with us and we would be happy to help.
How do I manage my property?
We offer an extensive Content Management System which you can use at your convenience, to manage all features of the Booking Engine.
